DOPS was an institution created to be able to intervene and reflect about human experiences in public spaces. It materialized into an street installation, a series of videos and a digital/physical experience.

Spaces that impact our feelings.
Spaces with the power to change our minds.
The feeling when you are visiting a new place, walking on the street and you can suddenly tell without anyone telling you which part of town you are in. The hip, fresh, creative, globalized part.
And you know it because you’ve seen it before, in another city and all around the internet.
The Department of Public Spaces created an immersive experience about that feeling.
